Yes, every stay includes breakfast. Weekdays bring a self-serve continental spread of yogurt, toast, bagels, English muffins, muffins, juice, Keurig coffee and tea. On Saturdays and Sundays a hot homemade breakfast is served from 8:30 to 9:30 am, with favorites like French toast with sausage links or biscuits and gravy, in the dining room or out on the patio when weather allows.

Yes. Rooms 8 and 9, Birdsong Bliss Retreat and the Captain's Corners Suite, are designated for guests traveling with pets. A non-refundable fee of $45 per night, per pet applies, with one pet per room under 60 lbs. Please confirm pet-friendly availability when you book.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a 100% refund, and more than 7 days before arrival a 50% refund, each less a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable, though we offer a one-time courtesy transfer of your dates if you ask at least 72 hours before arrival, subject to availability.

We strive to make the Victorian Inn comfortable and accessible for all guests. First-floor Rooms 6, 7, 8 and 9 and all of our common areas are on the main level. Please contact us about a specific suite and we'll be happy to help with individual needs.
